1. Consent
By attending your appointment, you are providing implied consent to the assessment of your condition. Further consent will then be sought before commencing treatment.
2. Privacy and Personal Information
This practice complies with the Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information in the Federal Privacy Act 1988. The policy focuses on the management of the patient’s medical records, billing and accounting records, pathology and radiology results, medical certificates and correspondence to and from other health professionals involved in your care. Personal information that is collected from you is in order to provide a service to you. Personal information is stored electronically and securely.
3. Communication
We will use your details to be in contact with you for appointment reminders, to update emails or letters
4. Payment
Payment is to be made at the time of consultation.
5. Cancellation and Late Appointments
Appointments that require cancellation should be done so 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of no more than the cost of the appointment for non-attendance or repeated late cancellation.
6. Complaints

7. Guarantee
This practice makes no guarantee of effect of treatment. If in the circumstance that the outcome is not to plan, the client agrees that service has still been given, and no refund should apply. An example of this may be if it is suspected an x-ray be performed before continuing with treatment.
